Well in the life of Anna I have finally achieved my goal job as a Youth Librarian. See how motivated I can be? I really love the job and do a great job at it, if I may say so myself. I'm still doing class part time...which reallly is more then part time but those are semantics... I lead the baby storytime and I love it! I'm going to start incorporating more Sign Language into the program so that will be awesome. I can't wait. I really need to find a deaf friend so I can really start practicing more. If only there was more time...

The only thing with my new job, that I saw with my old job, is how good I am with kids. Now I'm not saying I'm great and everyone should bow before me but I'm really good at working with kids at there level, but I still don't think I want to be a teacher. I know that I'm not cut out for that and I dont' want to do it. Nor do I want to be a preschool teacher, as fun as that was, I've had my fill. I wonder if maybe I should take some special needs classes maybe after schools done and work one on one with a special needs child in addition to my job. I think that would be a really worthwhile job but I dunno...I still have like 2.5 - 3 years left of school...and I'm REALLY ready to be done now.

Okay onto something new...Tara took me to see Wicked last weekend and OMG I loved it! I had such a great time and I really enjoy musicals so it was a great great night! But it made me remember how much I loved doing musicals....so I've decided when i'm done with school I'm going to try and get into a musical show with something local. I'd just really like to get my hands and voice back into that world. I'm even toying with the idea of voice lessons again. That I may do before graduation. I really miss the musical side of me. I only wish I had more time to do all the things that I love to do. Like right now I can see a blanket I was trying to knit....I've got a few inches on it and all but I haven't touched it since x-mas.... ugh, why can't I survive without sleep.

Alright so I've updated a worthwhile post and feel somewhat accomplished....so I"m going to go watch CSI :-)

well then...

So a quick update to help me procrastinate more....(i have a paper and presentation due at 6 tonight, it's 11 am and i haven't even started the paper...nor do i care to...)

So i'm excited b/c i just finished my first grad class and i'm pretty sure I did so with flying colors at the very least a B but i think i did better then that. I'm almost done with my second class and then my third will officially be done a week from today. Joy! and in seven days me and the chieu will be on our way up to OHIO!!! Yay!!

So lets talk about the good news today:
About two weeks ago I had a pair of pants that fit but were pretty snug. After wearing these pants for an hour or so I had indents in my stomach from the pants. A little snug but not unbearable. Well yesterday I wore these same pants and viola I can pull off my pants without un buttoning them! Yippeee! and I had to break out my old pants so that i have clothes to wear...lol Go weightwatchers!

However, a little bittersweet:
I'm down enough in my weight that WW has moved down my points...I used to be allowed 24 points a day, but now I'm only allowed 22 pts/day. It's good b/c it'll help me loose even more but now I'm really forcing myself to find foods that work. eek!

Plus I only have 9 lbs to go to lose the rest of my weight for my christmas goal!!! I can do it!

Matthew and I are thinking about trying to run a 5k or something. Now mind you I've NEVER run before in my life. But on WW I found a plan that could work but we have to push ourselves. Maybe it will work. Oh and I really want to go hiking...like really bad. I know i'm strange.

Oh and speaking of Matthew...He's so damn cute and I love him to death. He's really been supportive of me these past few days and that really means a lot to me.

I just saved $900 switching to Geico!!

Seriously! We're paying almost $2000 for insurance with one company but I called Geico and found out that we can get the same service for less then $1000! YAY! That's two drivers and two cars! Part of the discounts come from the fact that I'm a member of the ALA (www.ala.com). So Yes I rock. I'm gonna call a few others and find out where other insurance providers stand.

Other good news... I busted my ass today working out. I did jazzercise like whoa intense so that was good and then I did a half hour on the bike tonigh! and I walked!! oh yeah ;-)

I did have a sucky day at work b/c i tried to help someone out and that person verbally attacked me. Not cool. Want to know more about the situation, then call me.

Oh I had a nice wake up this morning :-) It was nothing special but Matthew woke up with all smiles and that made me happy - and he nibble on my fingers and cheeks....It was funny like a little puppy biting a chew toy. It really made my day start out well.

So noww that I went in reverse of my day let me fill in some things i missed. Matthew and I put a down payment on a washer and dryer! YAY!!! it's 150 for both but the woman is leaving in december and needs it till then so we'll pay the rest of it when we go get it before christmas. They are in really good shape so thats great. Anywho, I think that's about it. I'm ready to crash. Muah!

Guess it's time for an update

wellll Things are going well. I've lost 10lbs to date and now I'm doing jazzercise with my mom. I'm still waiting to hear about the job at Jaca. I'm keeping my fingers crossed because I really really really want this job and I'm worried because I didn't do the best interview I normally can do....

Work is work....My Bosses' Boss and her Boss both came in today and were like "bad, Bad, BAD" it sucked but good news is as they were talking two buses of children pulled up alllll for me and my storytime! OH JOY!

My nervous breakdown

So I definately experienced my first nervous breakdown with USF. Reason why, you ask? Well let's start with Monday: 2 papers, an interview for another paper, meeting with professor, tuesday: Work, and homework for wednesday Wednesday: Homework due...at the library all day Thursday: work and my interview with Jacaranda for the position I REALLY REALLY WANT! Friday: work and prep for my saturday class meeting Saturday: storytelling assignment in Tampa...in which i must regale a story with out the book EEK! Sunday: work, breath, and pick classes for next semester.

So yeah that pretty much sums it up....However good things have happened today - the lovely Lady I interviewed told me that she would e-mail the person interviewing me on thursday and put in a good word. How awesome! So that's my week in a nutshell and why I'm spazzing out.

One good thing - Matthew is looking at a new car...Possibly a Camry...:-) that would make me happy, esp if it's an automatic so I can drive it...Alright that's all
